Availability

Most of our products are made to order.  A typical order will usually ship within 5 working days.  You will receive an email confirming the delivery date of your order and your credit card will not be charged until the order is ready to ship.

Note that an order can be cancelled if you judge the delivery date unreasonable.  See Terms and Conditions section “Cancellation” for more details.

Shipping inside Canada

We use Canada Post with the "Regular Parcel" service as our standard shipping method.  A flat rate of $ 15.00 is applicable for all orders between 0 and 30 kg for any destination in Canada.  A tracking number will be provided and delivery status can be checked online at canadapost.ca/track.

For orders over 30 kg we will contact you to organize shipping.  If you prefer to use another shipping method please let us know in the “Special Instructions” section when placing an order.

Shipping to USA

We use Canada Post / USPS with the "Expedited Parcel" service as our standard shipping method.  A flat rate of $ 20.00 is applicable for all orders between 0 and 30 kg for any destination in USA.  A tracking number will be provided and delivery status can be checked online at canadapost.ca/track.

For orders over 30 kg we will contact you to organize shipping.  If you prefer to use another shipping method please let us know in the “Special Instructions” section when placing an order.

International Shipping

We use Fedex for international destinations.  International customers will be contacted to get applicable shipping rate.
